I have seen the picture very closely. You will find that her feet are not tocuhing the Indian National Flag. Further more, she is not doing it delibrately rather this is all unknowingly. So such type small unkowingly done things shoud not be made an issue to tournish the image of any person. I think, you are making this news to gain cheap publicity. The distance between flag and her feet cannot be determine through this picture. You can shoot these type of picture by changing your camera's position and angle. May be flag was waved by somebody at the time of shoot i front of her. In the frame the base of flag is not there, so we cannot determine it is really fixed or not. This photo does not reveal the whole truth. And half thruth is same as lie. This photo is decieving the people, so please remove it. Not everybody see the things in context and you can hurt the feelings. I think, she was relaxed and watching match and there is no intension to insult the dignity of Indian flag.

I really don't think that she meant on doing that. The only person here is at fault is the photographer who took that picture, who actually made it look convincing that Mirza was doing what ever she was doing with the national flag was not right. The photographer took the photo intentionally from that angle that seemed like she was showing her foot towards the respected flag. Personally what I think is that photographer was just free (had nothing to do) and that he took the picture to make up stories and or whatever it is. Overall, Mirza didn't do it purposely ; it was the photographer scam on framing her.
