Put Together
Pour some paint into a paper cup. Now add a little liquid soap into it. Double it up with water and stir this mixture with the straw.
Place the paper cup onto a plate and blow bubbles into the mixture with the straw. Let it overflow onto the plate.
Now carefully place the chart paper lightly over the bubbles. Turn the paper over and keep it face up to dry.
