Know your camera

It is important to have the right camera. Point & Shoot or a camera with good zoom is enough for wildlife photography. The selection of lense is equally important. While buying lenses, ensure that it has image stabilization technology.

Sharp observance is most needed to get the best click. The only way to know and read the wild life is to spend time with them. But you have to hang around for hours and have to be patient.

Day light does wonders for every photographer, and it also supports the budding photographers a lot. This is because, it makes photo clicking easier than dark.
Patience is necessity

Things around nature and wild life are unpredictable. Anything can happen at any time, it is therefore necessary that you keep calm and observe your subjects and their behaviours.

In wildlife photography, it is the best to have more wild life around you, especially when there’s food or shelter involved. If you have a good view of more than one member of a species, you also have a good chance to capture different and varied moments.
Know the time to call it off

If an animal is in a mood to take rest, or plan an attack on it’s prey, than it’s better for you to back off for sometime. Your constant attempts to capture can disturb the wild creature. Once it gets involved, you have major chances of clicking great pictures.
